Friday, January 22:

  • SPONSORSHIP: SOT to receive sponsor/art files
  • ToxExpo Directory Content Changes – Content received now appears in the ToxExpo Directory and Online Planner (coming soon). Content received after January 22, 2027, will appear in the SOT Event App to attendees who accept Event App updates after initial launch.
Monday, January 25: Booth Personnel Registration (coming this fall) - Register booth personnel by this date to receive timely meeting details and self-serve on-site badge printing option.
 

Friday, February 12:

  • Exhibit Island, Endcap, and Altered Booth Construction Drawings or Schematics to the ToxExpo Senior Exhibits Manager
  • Exhibiting Organization and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Proof of Insurance (Certificate of Insurance) to ExhibitorInsurance.com
  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Registration – Required for Independent or Third-Party Contractors to Install or Dismantle Booths (refer to ExhibitorPro)
  • First Day Shipments Can Arrive at Shepard's Advance Warehouse Without Fees – Proper Label Required
  • Hotel Reservations Through the Official SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo Housing Provider Connections Housing
