Every exhibiting organization will receive 2027 ToxExpo Exhibitor Update emails containing useful information and important deadline dates for you to plan a successful 2027 ToxExpo. Be sure to add these domains (toxicology.org. aim-hq.com, a2zinc.net, sendgrid.net, and shepardes.com) to your "safe senders" list so that important exhibitor communications are not blocked by spam filters.

Planning is underway for the 2027 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, and we're excited to share a few important upcoming dates to help you prepare.

Housing Opens August 3
Reserve your hotel accommodations beginning August 3 through SOT’s official housing provider, Connections Housing. Information and links will be provided on the SOT Annual Meeting website.

Exhibitor Registration Opens August 17
Register your booth staff early to begin planning your team's participation.

Exhibitor-Hosted Session Applications Open November 2
To present your educational, scientifically balanced Exhibitor-Hosted Session, visit the Exhibits section of the SOT Annual Meeting website in early fall for additional information, guidelines, and application details.

Meeting Space Opens This Fall
For more information on hosting business meetings during the SOT 66^th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, visit the SOT Annual Meeting website in early fall.

Remember that the ToxExpo website is your primary resource for exhibitor information, deadlines, and planning tools. Be sure to update your organization profile in the ToxExpo Directory, and check back regularly as additional resources and updates are added throughout the planning season. Review the FAQs for answers to common questions.

To log in to your Exhibitor Hub on the ToxExpo website, click on the “Log In” button and enter the primary, secondary, or invoice contact email address and password. For login assistance, refer to question number 1 in the FAQs or contact SOT_Exhibits@toxicology.org.

SOT is preparing to welcome thousands of toxicologists from around the world to San Antonio, Texas for its 66^th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, March 14–17, 2027. Since your organization will be a 2027 ToxExpo exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity to share and showcase your latest products, services, and research during this premier event for toxicologists at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, March 15–17.

To help you plan a successful event, emails with the subject line 2027 ToxExpo Exhibitor Update will be sent to you. These emails will contain valuable information, reminders, and important deadline dates. To ensure these communications are not blocked by spam filters, please add the following domains to your “safe senders” list:

• toxicology.org
• aim-hq.com
• a2zinc.net
• sendgrid.net
• shepardes.com

As a 2027 ToxExpo exhibitor, your organization has a listing in the ToxExpo Directory on the ToxExpo website for you to include what your organization offers to toxicologists. Please review and update your organization’s listing, if applicable, by logging into your Exhibitor Hub on the ToxExpo website.

To log in to your Exhibitor Hub on the ToxExpo website, click on the “Log In” button and enter the primary, secondary, or invoice contact email address and password. For login assistance, refer to question number 1 in the 2027 FAQs or contact SOT_Exhibits@toxicology.org.

When logged in, click on “Access Exhibitor Hub” under the CURRENT EXHIBITORS tab. Once in your Exhibitor Hub, you’ll be able to update your ToxExpo Directory listing, pay your invoice, and view and complete tasks. And, coming soon, you’ll be able to view key deadlines, link to important exhibitor information, and register booth personnel.

As an improvement this year, the invoice and payment portal is now located directly within your Exhibitor Hub. Primary, secondary, and invoice contacts all have access to view invoices, make payments, and print receipts.

In addition, the ToxExpo website has planning tools and the Resources tab for you to access important planning information, helpful guides, and the ToxExpo Rules and Regulations. Be sure to check back often since additional resources will be added as they become available. 

IMPORTANT:
To remain in good standing, contracted exhibit space fee must be paid as follows:

• 50% by July 1, 2026
• Final and full payment by September 30, 2026

In your Exhibitor Hub, click on the “PAY AND DOWNLOAD INVOICE” button to make a credit card payment online or review your invoice for other payment options. Your prompt attention to the payment deadlines is required to keep exhibit space, register booth personnel, set up on-site booth, and participate in any SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo sessions or events.
